Colin joined Save the Sound’s membership team in 2023 to build relationships with current and prospective members and partner organizations. He is excited to engage with Save the Sound supporters to hear why our mission speaks to them and explore how we can best collaborate to protect our region’s environment. He also helps manage the donor database and coordinate events.

Prior to his role at Save the Sound, Colin worked for seven years in administrative support and database management at a college-access nonprofit in Virginia, where he also helped coordinate statewide conferences for career and college attainment professionals. He has enjoyed volunteering as an after-school youth mentor and planning programming for young nonprofit professionals.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Colin studied history at the University of Virginia and did a year of service through AmeriCorps assisting Richmond high school students with college readiness. He now resides in New Haven with his partner and likes to spend his free time biking around town or exploring new hiking trails, when he’s not at home with a board game or sci-fi novel.
