Andrea Kerin is Director of Leadership Giving for Save the Sound. In this capacity, she works closely with the president and chief development officer to bring vital funding to the work of protecting and improving the land, air, and water of Connecticut and Long Island Sound. Andrea states, “The support of our passionate conservation-minded donors is what’s saving our environment today. It’s my honor to partner with them as they take a stand for our wild places, and a joy to celebrate with them the satisfaction of making positive changes right now that will last for generations to come.”
Before coming to Save the Sound, Andrea was director of development for Connecticut Audubon Society and prior to that a major gift officer at Save the Children. Her degree is in business administration from the University of Connecticut. She’s a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Fairfield County Chapter, and enjoys birding with the New Haven Bird Club in her spare time.
