Jozette Fields

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Jozette brings more than 25 years of accounting experience across a number industries, having dedicated the past decade of her career to working with not-for-profit organizations at the manager level helping to streamline their processes, strengthen their financial controls and close their books in a timely manner.

Most recently, Jozette served as the accounting manager of a federally-qualified healthcare center, with an annual operating budget of $30M, approximately one-third of which was provided by federal grants, and restricted net assets of $10M.

Jozette earned her MBA from the University of New Haven and her undergraduate degree in accounting from Monroe College. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and a number of other hobbies ranging from arts and crafts to swimming & biking.
