As Save the Sound Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Amado Rodriguez is responsible for the financial stewardship of the organization, including capital/operating budgets, financial affairs, reporting, treasury management, and facilities administration.

Prior to joining Save the Sound, Amado was the VP of Finance at Marrakech, a $36M nonprofit organization with a primary focus to provide services to individuals with a disability. In this role, and in conjunction with the CFO, he oversaw the financial operations of the organization and spearheaded improvement of the health and retirement plans, which lead to a dramatic increase to staff participation.

In his spare time Amado loves spending time with his family and traveling.
