In addition to supporting the Ecological Restoration team, Annalisa coordinates the coastal clean-up program and many Save the Sound volunteer efforts. Prior to joining Save the Sound in February 2014, Annalisa spent five years as the project coordinator for a local solar panel installation company. She has a B.S. in Community Health from Western Connecticut State University and did her senior internship in the Connecticut Department of Public Health’s Environmental Health Program. Annie has been a volunteer at the New Haven Animal Shelter since 2011 walking, socializing, and training dogs, and also training new volunteers. She enjoys trail running, weightlifting, and cycling and is the proud owner of a rescued pit bull.
