He received a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and a J. D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Environmental Law Journal. David has also served as a member of the Sub-Committee for Environmental Law of the New York City Bar Association as well as holding Board and Trustee positions at leading environmental non-profits including the Waterkeeper Alliance, Riverkeeper, and The Westchester Land Trust.
