Kathryn is a Communications Manager at Save the Sound, where she leverages her skills in project management, workflow improvement, data stewardship, writing, and technology. She has previously worked in web development and software engineering.

She holds an M.F.A. in Fine Art from Hunter College and a certificate in nonprofit management from the UConn School of Public Policy’s Encore program. Kathryn has studied writing and copyediting, served on the advisory board of the University of Arizona Campus Arboretum as the e-newsletter editor and writer, and worked as the Communications Specialist for the Madison Historical Society.

Kathryn is originally from the Boston area and lived in Arizona for over a decade before returning to New England.
