Join Peter Linderoth, Save the Sound’s director of healthy waters and lands, for a webinar on Tuesday, June 3, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. featuring a deep dive into the 2025 Long Island Sound Beach Report. Peter will discuss the science and data behind the beach grades assigned to roughly 200 public and private beaches, including the 10 highest-scoring beaches in New York and Connecticut over a three-year period (2022–2024).

He will also lead a conversation about the common stressors that impact water quality at Long Island Sound beaches and discuss how residents and municipal leaders can use the Beach Report data to identify local sources of pollution and explore potential solutions. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
